Recipes, and the slower work of understanding what food actually does.
Learning what plants can do, what they cannot, and how to tell the difference.

A live healing session, every Monday at 20:00, hosted by Medina. On self love, and on the things that are worth saying out loud more often. Come in when you can, leave when you need to.
First service Monday 7 September 2026. Free every week after that, permanently.
Not a trial, not a first one free. The Monday session is free every week, permanently.
You sign in at the door, so I know the room is real. Inside it there is no viewer list, no names on screen and no camera on you — and we do not keep a record of who watched.
Tap in at 20:00 or at 20:40. Leave in the middle. No entrance, no exit, and nothing to explain.
Most of it is still being built. We would rather show you the shape of it now than pretend it arrived finished.

We believe what you put on your skin and into your mind should carry the same intention: warmth, love, and stability. Every product here has been checked for what it holds — and what it doesn't.
Real products from real makers, added one at a time as each one passes the check. Every price is sourced and dated, and every page says plainly what we cannot claim. Ethos-made products are in production. Until they exist, the shop points at other people’s work and says so.

Clean by conviction, chosen with care. Live softly, and begin again each Monday.
We publish the research behind every choice — including the parts where the evidence is thin and we say so. Free, always, and never sponsored.

Researchers tested 231 cosmetics for the marker of “forever chemicals”. More than half carried it — and almost none of them said so on the label.

“Fragrance” is a single line on a label and a legal shelter for thousands of chemicals. Here is how that happened, and what it means for a shopping list.

One study, sixty-two people, and a result worth taking seriously — as long as you also take seriously what it cannot tell you.
The Monday session is the hour, and it is free. Go Deeper is the other six days — and it is what pays for the hour.
The full library of learning videos and courses, including Self Love, as it is built.
The members’ side of the community: the rooms, the recommendations, and the people in them.
What is coming, what changed, and what we got wrong — written for members first.
Every past Monday session, kept and searchable. The live hour stays free for everyone.
Go Deeper pays for the Monday session. That is the arrangement, stated plainly: the people who can pay keep the hour free for the people who cannot.
“For the higher good.
For humanity.”
I built Ethos because I got tired of reading ingredient lists like threat assessments, and because I kept meeting people who were quietly certain they were not worth looking after.
The Monday hour is my answer to the second one. I talk about self love, which is a phrase that has been worn thin by people selling things, and I try to give it back its weight. Then we practise together for a while, and I let you go.
It is free and it will stay free. Not free for the first month — free. If it helps you and you can spare something, you can leave a donation afterwards. If you cannot, come anyway. That is not generosity, it is the point.
You sign in at the door so I know the room is real. Once you are inside, I do not see who is watching — no list, no names, no camera on you.
